Dato Rizal Rickman Bin Ramli

Dato’ Rizal Rickman Ramli was appointed as the Board member of Ekuinas Nasional Berhad (Ekuinas) on 19 December 2024. He is currently the Deputy President & Group Chief Executive of Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB) where he spearheads the overall operational activities within six key divisions - Strategy & Finance, Investments, Sales & Distribution, Operations, Corporate Affairs, and Human Capital.

Previously, he was the Chief Investment Officer, Private and Strategic Investments where he oversaw portfolios within PNB’s Strategic Investments, Real Estate, Private Markets and Investment Stewardship.

Prior to joining PNB, he was a Partner & Managing Director at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and the Country Head of BCG in Malaysia where he specialized in strategy development, business model innovation, and corporate and industry-level transformations.

In addition to his role in PNB and Ekuinas, Dato’ Rick also serves as the Chairman of Sime Darby Property. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago.
